Ballons am Fenster (2011)

Isabelle spends her ninth birthday alone at home as her mother has to work. While painting at the window, she suddenly receives an unexpected visit from a clown who sends her labeled balloons to the window. But how does the stranger know it's Isabelle's birthday?
