Curse of Kashima (2011)

If you hear the story of Kashima, she appears to ask you 3 questions. Get them wrong and she takes a part of your body and kills you. After hearing the tale, it's Ryoko's turn. She needs to find correct answers in order to free herself from the Curse of Kashima.
