Emilia and Angiolo have always worked in the manufacturing of hosiery, first as workers and then as entrepreneurs, until the crisis led to the closure of their factory. How and where to start again at sixty? In China, where else?
Between exoticism and tradition, between the Via Emilia and Beijing, the couple set off for the province of Zhejiang where for ten years they dedicated themselves to transmitting Italian knowledge to Chinese workers.
